Installing the Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader Driver on Windows:
The Qualcomm USB drivers are a piece of software that connects your phone to your QCOM device. Once you have installed the QCOM driver on your computer, the 9008 EDL Mod will be able to recognize your phone.

First things first, we need to disable the advanced startup options by launching the charm bar by pressing Win + I, then selecting Change PC Settings from the bottom menu.
Next, navigate to General and click the Restart Now button in the Advanced Startup section at the bottom of the page.
Note: The Advanced Startup option has been moved in Windows 8.1 and 10 to the Update and recovery area under Recovery.
The machine restarts to a startup menu, where you can select Troubleshoot, then Advanced Options at the following screen, Startup Settings after that, and Restart.
The computer restarts and presents a new menu for selection. Disable driver signature enforcement is one of the items. To continue booting Windows 8 with disabled digital sign enforcement, type 7 or press F7.
You can now install any driver drivers on your computer because you have successfully disabled driver Signature verification for the current boot.
Click “Action/ad Legacy hardware” in Device Manager after opening it. Next, choose Manually Add, then choose Hardware Type COM/Port, and last choose Browse in MY Computer.
Click Install after finding the extracted “QCOM driver folder” for your specific Windows version.
Go to the folder where the driver package was extracted.
Install by doing a right-click on qcser.inf
You have now successfully installed the QCOM driver on your computer by selecting Install this driver software any way from the Signature prompt.
Connect a USB cord to the phone’s USB port and restart it to EDL. Look at Port in Device Manager The Qualcomm HS-USB 9008 driver is operational if it is listed.
