  1. To begin with, install the Galaxy Wearable App And Watch 4 plug-ins app on your device.
  2. Then go to Settings> Apps> All apps and select Galaxy Wearable from the list.
  3. Next, go to its Permissions section and grant it all permissions.
  4. Next, go to the Battery section and remove all restrictions on the battery.
  5. Likewise, grant all permissions to the Watch4 Plugin [it might be named Galaxy Watch4 Manager].
  6. Similarly, go to its Battery section and also remove all its battery restrictions.
  7. Now select Google Play Services from the list of apps and go to its Storage section.
  8. Then tap on Clear Data / Storage followed by Clear All Data.
  9. Next, delete the data for Google Play Framework /Google Service Framework [enable Show system apps first].
  10. Next, delete the data for Google Play Store.
  11. Next, delete the data for HwWifiproBqeService also [it is a Huawei-specific app].
  12. Once done, restart your device and let it repopulate all data [do not sign in to your Google account yet].
  13. Now start the Samsung Health app and tap the overflow icon located at the top right.
  14. Then go to Settings> Accessories and select Galaxy Watch 4.
  15. Finally, register your device. That’s it, you will now be able to pair the watch with your device.
